Ingredients
- 3 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 Tbsp. prepared brown mustard
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup catsup
Method
- In a 2 quart microwave safe dish, place onions and cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes on high, until onions are soft.
- Add beans, brown sugar, catsup and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at high for 6 minutes stirring once.
- Uncover and continue to microwave on high for another 6 minutes.
- Stir before serving.
