Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can dark sweet cherries
  • 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Drain fruits and reserve a few cherries and orange segments for garnish.
  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  • Beat until fluffy and blend in sour cream, sugar and salt.
  • Fold in fruits, marshmallows and pecans.
  • Pour into loaf pan and freeze 6 hours or overnight.
  • Unmold and garnish with orange segments and cherries.
  • Makes 8 servings.
  • May be frozen in muffin cups.
