Ingredients

  • 2 cans Frito bean dip
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 can ripe olives, sliced
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Blend the avocados,
  • lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Set aside. Mix the mayonnaise,
  • sour cream
  • and taco mix.
  • Layer bean dip on bottom of pan; continue to layer avocado mix, sour cream mixture, onions,
  • tomatoes,
  • olives
  • and Cheddar cheese. Chill and serve.
  • Serve with nacho chips, optional.
