Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 2 c. cooked rice
- chili powder
Method
- In large skillet, brown onion and bell pepper until tender; add ground beef and brown, then drain grease.
- In same skillet, add cooked rice.
- Sprinkle chili powder (about 3 tablespoons); salt and pepper to taste.
