Ingredients
- 6 to 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 c. diced black olives
- 1/4 c. diced jalapeno peppers
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened (fat-free works)
Method
- Add onion, olives and peppers to cream cheese.
- Mix well. Spread over tortillas and roll up (jelly roll style).
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours.
- Slice into 3/4-inch sections (save the ends for yourself as this is all that will be left!).
- Serve with salsa, if desired.
- Watch them disappear!
