Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 (14 ounce) cans Mexican-style tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 medium red potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup green beans
- sour cream (to garnish)
Method
- Combine all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 7-9 hours.
- Serve garnished with sour cream.
