- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large can Brooks chili hot beans (28 oz.)
- 1 can Brooks tomatoes with onions
- chili powder to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- flour tortillas
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. shredded Colby cheese
- salsa
Method
- Stir chili hot beans, tomatoes with onions, chili powder and Tabasco sauce into ground beef.
- Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan in this order:
