- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon, juice
- 1 lime, juice and zest of
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 -3 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingridents except oil in a food processor and pulse till combined.
- Stream in olive oil till the consistency of the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Let sit for at least 1 hour.
