Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 dashes Sea Salt (for Cooking Pasta)
- 1/2 sticks Sweet Cream Butter
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish
Method
- In a pot with boiling water, add sea salt and bow tie pasta.
- Cook according to package instructions.
- Drain and transfer into a serving bowl.
- In a small saucepan over medium high heat, add butter.
- Brown the butter, swirling it arounddo not burn the butter.
- Add immediately to cooked pasta and gently toss.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Give it a final gentle toss.
- Serve and enjoy!
- We love this with a mixed green salad.
