Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Bow Tie Pasta
  • 2 dashes Sea Salt (for Cooking Pasta)
  • 1/2 sticks Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish

Method

  • In a pot with boiling water, add sea salt and bow tie pasta.
  • Cook according to package instructions.
  • Drain and transfer into a serving bowl.
  • In a small saucepan over medium high heat, add butter.
  • Brown the butter, swirling it arounddo not burn the butter.
  • Add immediately to cooked pasta and gently toss.
  • Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  • Give it a final gentle toss.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • We love this with a mixed green salad.
