Ingredients
- 3 c. corn tortilla chips
- 15 oz. can chili with beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar, American or Monterey Jack cheese
- shredded or chopped lettuce
- tomatoes and olives
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan or 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish.
- Layer half the corn chips, chili, onion and cheese in pan; repeat.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until hot.
- Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
- Makes 4 servings.
