Ingredients
- 10 chicken legs
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 5 tsp. salsa (medium hot)
- 3/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. crushed corn chips
Method
- Melt
- margarine
- and stir in taco mix, salsa, sugar and salt. Roll
- each drumstick in mix and then in the corn chips to coat. Bake in 12-inch Dutch oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- Replenish coals if needed.
