Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/3 c. corn oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Method
- Combine flour and meal.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Pour into greased iron skillet and bake on 250° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
