Ingredients

  • 2 whole chickens
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 5 to 6 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bag Doritos chips, mashed
  • 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Boil chicken in covered water.
  • Remove meat from bones and cut up.
  • Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, milk, onions and salt.
  • Put 5 to 6 tablespoons of broth in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Layer chips, chicken and half of soup mixture.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Let stand in refrigerator several hours and then bake at 300° for 1 hour. Cover with cheese and melt.
