Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- sour cream (optional)
- sliced green onion (optional)
Method
- Microwave:
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart microwavable casserole; cover.
- Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir.
- Top with cheese.
- If desired, garnish with sour cream and green onion.
- Makes 8 servings.
