Ingredients

  • 4 artichokes (adjust recipe for servings needed)
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 yellow onion, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
  • cilantro, chopped (Chinese parsley)
  • 2 c. rice (cook so you have 4 c. cooked rice)

Method

  • Artichokes:
  • Cut off stems at bottom of artichoke, then cut off top stems.

  • cut off sharp points of remaining

  • row). Submerge artichokes in
  • water in a large saucepan and boil for 40 minutes.
