Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (20 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
- 2 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed
Method
- In oven-going skillet, blend cheese spread with milk over low heat.
- Stir in enchilada sauce.
- Add frozen meatballs, hominy and chilies. Bring to a boil.
- Stir occasionally.
- Sprinkle with corn chips.
- Transfer to oven.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
