Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury pie crust (from the dairy case)
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Fry until brown:
  • ground chuck, onions and green pepper. Drain fat.
  • Add spaghetti sauce.
  • Need corn and Cheddar cheese. Can also use sliced black or green olives, if you like.
  • Place bottom crust in deep 11-inch pie dish.
  • Top with 1/3 of cheese. Add meat and sauce mixture.
  • Top with corn, then the rest of the cheese, then the sliced olives if you wish.
  • Top with crust.
  • Cut steam vents in crust.
  • Bake at 350° to 375° for 1 hour.
  • Cool 15 minutes, then cut and serve.
