Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury pie crust (from the dairy case)
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can corn, drained
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry until brown:
- ground chuck, onions and green pepper. Drain fat.
- Add spaghetti sauce.
- Need corn and Cheddar cheese. Can also use sliced black or green olives, if you like.
- Place bottom crust in deep 11-inch pie dish.
- Top with 1/3 of cheese. Add meat and sauce mixture.
- Top with corn, then the rest of the cheese, then the sliced olives if you wish.
- Top with crust.
- Cut steam vents in crust.
- Bake at 350° to 375° for 1 hour.
- Cool 15 minutes, then cut and serve.
