Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- chopped cabbage, celery, chives, carrots, etc.
- lettuce
Method
- Boil water.
- Add to gelatin.
- Stir until dissolves.
- Add tomato sauce and vinegar; stir.
- Chill slightly.
- Add vegetables. Pour into individual serving dishes or 8 x 9-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
- Serve over bed of lettuce.
