Ingredients
- 1 pt. chopped clams
- 1 qt. potatoes, diced
- 2 strips bacon
- 1/2 gal. water
- 1 large onion, chopped
Method
- Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender.
- Fry bacon and add to potatoes.
- Chop clams and add to chowder and cook 8 to 10 minutes more.
