Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • whipped cream
  • pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Method

  • Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese; set aside. Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with milk.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of cooled pie shell.
  • Spread the pudding over this layer.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Arrange pecan halves on the whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
