- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- whipped cream
- pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Method
- Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese; set aside. Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with milk.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of cooled pie shell.
- Spread the pudding over this layer.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Arrange pecan halves on the whipped cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serves 6 to 8.
