- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (I use regular rice)
- 3/4 cup seedless red grapes
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch (Original Ranch)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- Season to taste
Method
- Gently toss all ingredients together. Garnish with slivered almonds. Chill for at least an hour.
