Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Place chicken in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix soup and broth together in saucepot and bring to a boil.
- Pour over chicken.
- Make batter from remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken and broth.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 425° oven.
