Ingredients

  • 2 cans (170 g each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 ciabatta sandwich buns, split, toasted
  • 4 small Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 plum tomato, cut into 8 thin slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Method

  • Combine first 7 ingredients.
  • Cover cut sides of all bun halves with lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Top with tuna mixture and cheese to make 4 open-face sandwiches.
