Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly tamari sauce)
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon MSG
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Marinate either steak or possibly chicken or possibly beef for 2 to 4 hrs.
- Grill or possibly broil till done.
