Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. hot tea
- 1 c. blueberries
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients; add all wet ingredients, except tea, and mix.
- Add tea and fold in blueberries.
- Use 9 x 13-inch pan or make into muffins.
- Bake at 350° until done.
