Ingredients
- 4 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) jar grape jelly
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Blend together meat, egg, onion and salt.
- Form into small meatballs, about the size of jack balls (100).
- Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
- Pour over meatballs and simmer in an electric skillet or regular frying pan over low flame for one hour.
