Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 5 tsp. instant beef bouillon
  • 5 c. boiling water
  • 4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 4 to 6 carrots, peeled and cut
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • salt, pepper and onion salt to taste

Method

  • Combine the first 8 ingredients to make mini meatballs (24 approximately).
  • Bake for 15 minutes in a 350° oven.
  • Pour grease off.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook in oven for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 6.
