Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. ground veal
- 3 c. bread crumbs, grated
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine beef and veal, egg and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
- Pat into rectangular shape. Mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, dash of salt, raisins, sage and milk.
- Spread over meat.
- Roll as you would a jelly roll. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
