Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 med. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can undiluted chicken and rice soup
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 c. evaporated Pet lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Saute/fry green pepper and onion in butter.
- Add in undiluted soups and water.
- Heat to boiling.
- Simmer for 5 min.
- Mix grnd beef, bread, broken in small pcs, evaporated lowfat milk, egg, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and shape in ping pong size balls.
- Drop in simmering sauce.
- Cook about 1 hour or possibly 45 min if done to satisfaction.
- Serve over noodles.
- Easy and good.
