Ingredients
- 1 qt. chopped tomatoes
- 3 cans chicken stock
- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 rib celery, sliced
- sliced onion (optional)
Method
- Cook all together until it tastes like soup to you.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
