Ingredients
- 5 lb. brisket
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- onion salt
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz. barbeque sauce of choice
Method
- Put brisket in slow cooker or heavy dutch oven to cook over night. Sprinkle with onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt and worcestershire sauce to taste. Pour liquid smoke over top of meat.
