Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Peel and cut potatoes in fourths.
- Cover with water; boil until tender.
- Drain off water.
- Add butter and milk.
- Mix with electric mixer.
- If potatoes are too thick, add milk until you get right consistency.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
