Ingredients
- 10 to 12 potatoes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Method
- Peel, cube and boil potatoes until well cooked.
- Drain.
- Add milk and mayonnaise.
- Use potato masher or mixer to blend.
- Place back on heat and add salt and pepper.
- Add butter and parsley flakes.
- Pour into bowl and sprinkle with Hormel real bacon pieces.
