Ingredients
- 1 can Lucky Leaf blueberry pie mix (other fruit pie mix can be substituted)
- 1 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp. whipped oleo, rounded
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
Method
- Butter quart size casserole dish.
- Pour can of blueberry pie mix into dish.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, oleo and salt.
- Cut with pastry cutter or fork until mixture is crumbly (small pieces).
- Add pecans to this mixture.
- Sprinkle crumbly mixture on top of blueberry mix.
- Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until crispy brown on top.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or other topping.
- Serves 6.
