Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic small, minced, or more or less to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 x black pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oil, mustard and garlic in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • (If you don't have a blender, you can combine every ingredient in a medium bowl, then whisk until well mixed.)
  • To keep it in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
