Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Cook potatoes; mash and add cream, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and milk.
  • Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 minutes until heated through and lightly brown on top.
  • You can make up a week before ready to use. Keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
  • (This is good to fix ahead for company.)
