Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed spuds
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 or 6 c. flour
Method
- Mix spuds, milk, shortening, sugar and salt;; bring to a boil and cool.
- Mix warm water and yeast; add beaten eggs, flour and potato mixture.
- Knead; let rise twice.
- Make into rolls.
- Note: Makes sticky dough.
