Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- paprika
Method
- Cook potatoes, drain and mash. Beat cheese until smooth. Add potatoes and other ingredients except paprika. Slowly add sour cream (quit early if soupy). Spoon into lightly buttered casserole dish.
