Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted in the oven in a Bundt pan
- 2 1/4 c. buttermilk
Method
- Mix meal, flour, egg, buttermilk and sugar. Pour over butter in Bundt pan. Bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes (until crisp and brown on top).
