Ingredients
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Cardomom pods 2
- Water 3 cups
- Ginger 1/4 tsp
- Cloves 2
- Soy/rice milk 1/2 cup
- Assam 2 tbsp
- Demerera ugr 3 tbsp
Method
- 1. Crush cinnamon and cardomom.
- 2. Add water and spices to pan and bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and stand 3 minutes.
- 4. Add sugar and milk, bring to boil. Simmer 2 minutes.
- 5. Remove from heat and stand 4 minutes.
- 6. Strain and serve.
