Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 c. cherry pie filling
Method
- In large mixing bowl, gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Fold in whipped cream, add cake (broken in small pieces).
- Spread into large cake pan.
- Add cherries on top.
- Cover and chill at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Even better made the day before serving.
