Ingredients

  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. raw garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 large rounded Tbsp. curry powder
  • chicken

Method

  • Cook all ingredients together.
  • Cook chicken pieces in the marinade until tender, but not separating from the bones.
  • Remove and place on grill for a few minutes or eat as is.
  • The marinade can be served over rice, potatoes, noodles or with bread rolls.
