- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. raw garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 large rounded Tbsp. curry powder
- chicken
Method
- Cook all ingredients together.
- Cook chicken pieces in the marinade until tender, but not separating from the bones.
- Remove and place on grill for a few minutes or eat as is.
- The marinade can be served over rice, potatoes, noodles or with bread rolls.
