Ingredients

  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano And Paprika
  • 1 dash Natural Smoke (optional)
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Wild Salmon Fillets
  • 4 slices Onion
  • 2 slices Lemon

Method

  • Blend marinade ingredients in a food processor.
  • Cover the fish with the marinade for a few hours or overnight.
  • Keep in an airtight container.
  • Place salmon in a baking tray with parchment paper and top with a few slices of onion and a slice of lemon on each fillet.
  • Bake salmon at 375 degrees F for 2030 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
  • It should be flaky but not dry.
