Ingredients
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano And Paprika
- 1 dash Natural Smoke (optional)
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 2 Wild Salmon Fillets
- 4 slices Onion
- 2 slices Lemon
Method
- Blend marinade ingredients in a food processor.
- Cover the fish with the marinade for a few hours or overnight.
- Keep in an airtight container.
- Place salmon in a baking tray with parchment paper and top with a few slices of onion and a slice of lemon on each fillet.
- Bake salmon at 375 degrees F for 2030 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
- It should be flaky but not dry.
