- 5 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. plain yogurt
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- celery salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 roll of Ritz crackers, crumbled
Method
- Bring water to boil, add dash of celery salt.
- Boil chicken breasts until cooked.
- Tear chicken into pieces.
- Mix soups, yogurt and chicken.
- Place in casserole dish and top with crackers, oleo and poppy seed.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serve over rice.
