Ingredients
- 5 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. salad oil (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Mix vegetables in a large mixing bowl and toss lightly.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Chill about 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
