Ingredients
- 1 can tiny peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 pimentos
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Drain vegetables, mix together and set aside.
- Mix salad oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together.
- Heat to boiling; pour over vegetables.
- Let set overnight or at least 8 hours.
- This will keep for several weeks.
