Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms, cleaned,quartered
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 14 cup lite olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 14 teaspoon tarragon
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all the ingredients.
- mix well.
- add mushrooms, mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
