Ingredients
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- hot pepper
- parsley to taste
Method
- Wash, drain and drop mushrooms into salted boiling water.
- Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Combine everything into a mixing bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Let stand, the longer the better.
