Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage
- 3 to 4 carrots, peeled
- 1 medium onion
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
- celery seed
Method
- Grate cabbage, onion and carrots; mix together in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with celery seed and sugar.
- Add vinegar and oil; mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
