Ingredients

  • 500 grams mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • olive oil
  • parsley minced
  • bread
  • anchovies
  • cheese Aged, shaved

Method

  • Place the mushrooms into a bowl with the vinegar, water, and salt. Allow to marinate for several hours.
  • Drain the mushrooms, add the garlic and parsley and cover with olive oil.
  • Toast the breads and then layer with the mushrooms, anchovies, and cheese. Drizzle with some of the oil from the mushroom marinade.
