Ingredients
- 500 grams mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- olive oil
- parsley minced
- bread
- anchovies
- cheese Aged, shaved
Method
- Place the mushrooms into a bowl with the vinegar, water, and salt. Allow to marinate for several hours.
- Drain the mushrooms, add the garlic and parsley and cover with olive oil.
- Toast the breads and then layer with the mushrooms, anchovies, and cheese. Drizzle with some of the oil from the mushroom marinade.
